Quinta do Casal de Passadouro covers about 2.5 hectares and is dedicated to wine production and tourism. Casa da Adega, from the early 20th century and recently renovated, has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a wine cellar, a porch, and a locked storage shed where farm tools and other equipment are kept. On the upper floor, the house has two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The second room can be converted into an office (we’ve included photos of both possibilities in the ad). Outside, there is a swimming pool for the warmer months, a volleyball net, a table tennis table, and plenty of green spaces to relax. This is an authentic experience surrounded by natural landscapes, the Douro River, and regional cuisine, less than an hour from Porto and the Douro Wine Region.
